The ZRPC 10 million tons/annual oil refining main equipment participated by Huaxing Steel was complex in structure, with a high technical difficulty, in order to ensure the achievement of the group objective, all workshops and all departments enhanced the organization and coordination strength of drawings, materials, manpower, and machinery, tried every means to quickly solve problems in field side station management, modelling, casting, and other productions, enhanced the review of foundation drawings and production process, performed technical disclosure and quality training for operators, and performed inspection, measurement, common inspection and acceptance. In progress, through the production scheduling meeting every week, held a brief meeting everyday, and timely adjusted and implemented the three-week rolling plan, to ensure the timely completing of all important procedure nodes, which has obtained the recognition of customers.
